If you need help as you deploy and use rPath products, use the following resources from rPath:

  • rPath Technical Documentation at docs.rpath.com

Use rPath's documentation as the starting point and ongoing resource for products. rPath provides instructions and reference for deploying, configuring, using, maintaining, and troubleshooting its products.

  • rPath Knowledgebase issues.rpath.com/browse/KB

Extended how-to and references addressing frequently-asked questions, common scenarios, and known issues.

  • rPath Issue Tracking System at issues.rpath.com

Search known issues in rPath's products for fixes and workarounds that can help you address a problem you're having, or file an issue to report a problem or request a new feature. If you have a support agreement with rPath, be sure to report issues as described in your agreement so rPath can respond promptly and accordingly.

  • IRC Chat on #conary at Freeenode

If you're developing systems in rBuilder, or your just using Conary to build or manage a system, consider using an IRC client to connect to the #conary channel on Freenode. This chatroom environment is a community resource where you can often find experienced Conary users online who can help answer your questions when documentation and other resources aren't enough. Note that this resource is not part of any rPath support agreement.

  • rPath Wiki at wiki.rpath.com

Use the wiki as a supplemental resources for frequently asked questions, and to access documentation that has not yet migrated to docs.rpath.com.

NOTE: rPath has replaced the rPath Forum with the resources shown here. Be sure to update your bookmarks.
